i was wondering does the 05 wagon up pipe comes wit an o2 sensor? or is it catless??

2005 wrx wagon has 3 cats. 1 in the uppipe (pre turbo) and 2 in the downpipe (post turbo).

The O2 sensor is in the collector pipe before the uppipe. The probe in the stock uppipe is an EGT probe.
