Any other celebs' cars show up? Which whips are Game's? MTV Cribs (Whips and Rides Edition) can only so many cars. Haha. These types of events look fun. I can't frown on a dude who's got money to burn (not record label advances, haha) and do some crazy sh*t to their cars or ice up their necks.
you are ****ing retarded....
How about you go and bust tail and get yoruself a high paying career instead of getting suckered by a bunch of people smarter then you for15 bucks and god only knows how much else..
The only way those people can afford that sort of ish is because idiots like you dream about (and pay to see) the shiny things they finance..
You want to see real auto ballers? Go to the VIP area of the Monaco Formula one race...

LOL.....some of you guys crack me up.
buncha angry ***** in here, but i understand....i'm not looking forward to monday either.
but, not that it's any of your business, drizzle, but i didn't have to pay for the show, nor did i head down to socal expressly for it. oh, and it was $25/ticket in advance & $30 at the door.
and i'm very happy w/what "little" i currently have, thank you very much. again, it's not that serious unless you're the types that make it out to be such. however, i'm real touched by your concern for my finances & well-being. that's just real sweet.
anyways, to answer your ?'s, Imprezzy, I don't think any of Game's rides were at the show. He does have a silver Bentley Continental GT (probably seen it on MTV Punk'd or in various mags) and a few other nice whips, but I didn't see any of them there. My homeboy knows him tho, so I'll double-check and get back to you.
Oh, Jason Giambi was supposed to put a bunch of his rides on display. I'm not sure if he came thru, but, again, I'll check w/my boy and see. They really were kinda hush on who owned what, incl the ICE+jewelry at the show. Personally, I think they should've broadcasted that aspect a little more for publicity sake, but this was their first time out w/the show, so some of things weren't as on point as they could've been. Next time out, I'm sure they'll tighten things up a bit tho.
Overall, there mostly were shop customer vehicles, albeit customers w/pretty deep pocket$.....^ many of which are in the music+entertainment biz. A lot of these guys use their rides for promo purposes & write-offs, so they don't get hurt that badly, if at all. But, yes, there are guys like Baby from Ca$h Money that blow thru their $tack$ buying all kinds of cars & bling. It's kinda foolish, but "regular" folk aren't always very smart w/their spending either, so it's all relative.
Speaking of regular joes, quite a few of the rides were owned by "nobodies" that were just somebodies with love for cars. LA is the car culture capital fo the world, so most everyone down there is really into cars.....you rarely ever see that many nice cars that are dirty or riding on stocks. I saw tons of old geezers & desparate housewives driving crazy whips, especially down in Marina del Rey where I crashed at my friend's pad. (saw a sick, silver SL65 on 22's driven by an OLD dude go at it w/a black 996 Turbo on the 90/Lincoln Blvd strip.....SL actually took him but got pulled over after less than 1/2 mile)

Most of y'all have already heard & know all about this guy. If not, you will real soon.
He's got the streets, Internet & people of all ages & backgrounds
around the world going CRAZY over his "ICEE FRE$H JEWEL$," (his jewelry biz)
music & entertainment industry projects, dope whips, celeb friends, & INSANE lifestyle.
He doesn't want anyone to know this, but he's a pretty nice dude too. LOL
Btw, peep the subtle but stylish details all over BEN's 6....blacked out moldings & trim, gloss black grille surrounds & slats, custom white/black BMW "Roundel" hood & trunk emblems , & the not so subtle but DOPE 22" ASANTI wheels
w/the gloss black centers, FAT lips, & WIDE PIRELLI meats.
Oh yeah, this sick ride also has H&R springs, an Eisenhaus exhaust,
a custom suede headliner, and a few other goodie$ too.
Oh, and he has a silver Bentley Spur on 22's, black Lambo Murci on 20" Mayas, & black big dog Range on 22's as well. (check the other thread I had a little while ago for pics of the 1st 2)

BRABUS Mercedes Benz SL B11
by BRABUS & courtesy of PLATINUM MOTORSPORT
Check the EURO plate configured trunk....
This is NOT a US market SL & was given the FULL
BRABUS workover under the hood, inside, & on the exterior
by BRABUS, Germany.
$275,000 later, the owner had this black beauty & complete
w/BRABUS certificates for all the work.
This thing looked even more wicked in person!!

More later......Hope you liked what you saw so far tho.

LOL.....i'm really a nobody, but, WOW, i didn't know i actually had "fans" keeping tabs on me or my whereabouts. ....kinda creepy but whatever floats your boats.
dudes that go around always trying to act/sound like super-duper e-tHuGGG #1 themselves (self) in this spot, really shouldn't be trying to put others on blast tho
You know who you are, "partna." Oh well, I guess every "mad kewl AZN" brotha has got a little "ha gwai" mentality. LOL
really though, I apologize to everyone else that's been reading this nonsense. I'll put the Romper Room action to rest and just bypass the riff-raff from here on out. Some of you guys really need to stop taking things or yourselves so seriously tho. It's just the INTERNET, folks. Go out and play & enjoy yourselves if you can't handle this place w/out getting your underoos all in bunches. you'll live a whole lot longer if you don't go through life all angry & wound up all the time. seriously, you can thank me later.
anyways, more pics for the curious, not-so-curious, malcontents, constipated, etc, and, mostly, just you other car fans later.......
have a good monday.

btw, not sure if your question was just rhetorical or an actual one, mcdrama, but "shoes" in the context here are either.........
1. the literal term for footwear aka "kicks," as many sneaker collectors & fans aka "shoeheads" aka "sneakerheads" refer to them. in case some of you didn't know, there's a whole subculture centered around sneakers....pretty much like any hobby, including Subys. sneaker "collecting" is big business.....there have been features on the phenomenon on the front page of the Wall St Journal, countless other papers, & leading stories on all kinds of primetime news shows. Like DLUX WRX alluded to earlier, the hobby is a major drain on the pocketbook....lota kids & grown adults have collections numbering in the 100's....even 1000's....multiply that times $100+++ a shoe, and you'll get an idea of how crazy it is.
2. "shoes" can also refer to the wheels & tires on a ride......i.e. "that mad tiziiite ride has nice shoes, yo!"
it can also be nice or big "feet" too.

as mentioned, The Game has several other rides besides his Bent GT (which was given to him by the owner of 310 Motoring as a gift for their "The Hurricane" sneaker collabo). i have some pics of his other rides, but I dunno if I can post them because they're taken in front of Game's house.
and, as also stated, many of the cars on display were owned by "ballers", movers, & shakers in the music+entertainment industry, but a bunch were just customer cars from some of the shops exhibiting....PLATINUM MOTORSPORT, MODERN AUTO, etc. then there were the vehicles owned by "regular" joes. Car exhibitors were solicited by invite only tho, so it was a little more exclusive than your usual car show. (but it wasn't just a car show but a "lifestyle" expo......vehicles were one of the top draws tho)
I'm actually trying to lobby for them to open up the exhibitions to outsiders when/if they bring ENVY to The Bay. It'd be cool to see some of my friends & their shops get some publicity, but it's a little ways off before Envy gets up here. They're planning on doing another one in LA first. Eventually, they plan on branching out to the East Coast, South, & TX too.
btw, I'm really not all that hot on some of the rides that were displayed either. $$$ definitely does not buy taste, but like w/all things & income brackets, it's different strokes for different folks, & THEIR dough not ours. I'm sure some of the guys that owned those vehicles wouldn't be too enthused w/my or some of your rides either, but no need to state the obvious.
