Afterhours has pretty cheap basic tuxes.. I think around $50 starting?
Though I definately recommend men's warehouse. Their customer service is awesome and their prices include everything while a lot of other places rip you off with shoes etc. They also have probably the cheapest white tux rental (so much better than black imho).
