I got mine done at MAAS Brothers in livermore.
Did some research and they came up with a lot of positive feed back.

There is a powder coater in Dixon that I used for some bike parts that you might want to check out!

I don't know how much they charge per wheel...but I got a lot of VW motor parts powder coated at BR&F Spray in Santa Clara. They do great work.

EDIT:Here are some photos...they did the black intake manifold, the green valve cover and black cold air intake elbow next to the throttle body. They will be doing my stock WRX struts I just cut-up in Koni yellow for the inserts I'm getting.

Talk to Jeremy of Crucial Racing, he'll get you some heat dispersing coating on your intercooler, it'll bump up the efficiency.

West Coast Coatings in Concord do a real nice job. Just go to yahoo yellow pages for their number.

Thumbs up West Coast Powder Coating in South San Francisco

They did my Brembo F50s, Brembo rotor hats, OEM rear calipers and my front grill for $350. The work was excellent.
