Powder COAT or NAH?!

Putting my Work Emotion XD9s on my WRX shortly, just wanted to get everyone's opinion if I should leave them matte grey or powder coat them black? and if so matte black or satin?

Only reason I am asking is because I am a bit worried about losing some of the details and sharpness when going black, what does everyone else think?

It would really help if you have seen XD9s in black (preferably matte or satin?)

And for more imagery, my car is a DGM Hatch.

let's see what you think....

I hate black wheels personally. It just looks like one big tire and there's no style to it imo

I like black, you should go for gloss black with a dark grey lip?

So you bought real wheels and now you want to powder coat them? It's your car do what you want but you are destroying the value of the wheels themselves if you mess with factory paint. It's just like a car, once you change something visually or whatever.... It's only going to depreciate in value than if you were to keep it as is.

Not a fan of black wheels myself. To me it seems funny to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on wheels that you can't see until you're 3 feet away.
