Nice to see I'm not the only one with car parts on my desk! Also, what process is being displayed on your laptop screen? Looks similar to the building automation and water treatment stuff we have at work.
To answer an earlier question, the bullhorn is for crowd control. I'm a health and safety compliance dude and part of my job is emergency preparedness and response. I have to herd people during evacuations sometimes and the bullhorn makes it easier.

This laptop screen is a iFix SCADA one water two water process screen at the WWTP here in Vacaville. The other screen is a PLC control logix 5000 program. I work as an instrument tech here.
