I used to work in corporate america with stretched ears. Hell I had a lip ring. An eyebrow ring and multi-colored hair. Any chance you're in sales or customer service?
I work in an office that requires me to wear slacks and collars most days and they're cool with my 00's. I used to run a bit bigger but I like that 00 and 000-3/8ths size. Any bigger just gets to smellin funky and looking odd. Thought the jewelry rips.

gotta stick to stone or wood plugs to get rid of stink. plastic and metal trap moisture and bacteria forms and it gets stinky lol. word of advice...if u want some sweet plugs for a low low price, check out ebay. i've been buying my plugs from ebay since i started stretching. screw all the piercing shops and hot topic, they mark those up at least 60-80 percent.

I love wood. I am running wood right now. I had some KILLER stone plugs for my wedding but lost them on the honeymoon. They're probably turning in to coral by now.
I should post some of your old modeling pics, even though I know they've already surfaced one or twice recently!
