I've seen some pretty sick Z's, and I honestly think that's my favorite. Your buddy has damn good taste. My old favorite was a 240z that belonged to a mechanic friend of my Dad's. It had an LS1, was a wide body, and had a porsche'esque wale tale type fin. Sounds strange I'm sure, but it was like an awesome mix of a vette, porsche, and Z.
Anywho, as cool as that was, it just can't beat the clean lines of of your buddy's.
