I like a little red wine in the water especially with the fruity tobacco cause it compliments the flavors.

I'm in the MIddle East right now and have a small hooka that I travel with. It's a single hose. I get cotton candy and mix it with peach. That seems to be a good mellow flavor. Follow up the hooka with a beedie and all is well

When you add alcohol, do you feel the effects of it? I've heard that if you add too much you will get drunk super quick and it can even kill you.

 

never heard of that or felt the effects of any alcohol, just changes the flavor and brings out the fruityness. Def, never heard it could kill you.

 

It doesn't get you drunk. But you definitely can notice the flavor change haha. I've tried captain morgan with cola and strawberry vodka with strawberry. The rum and coke was fairly tasty. The vodka sucked. But then again I'm not a fan of vodka.
