Yup yup, so is the one on the other arm, you can barely see it in the other pic. I have some Sam Flores originals (not prints) signed by him and these tats were approved by him personally before I got them. I drew them up and presented them to him for his ok.
They were on his blog page on Upper Playground when I first got them, haven't checked to see if they are still up. I will dig a good pick off the other one all though the color is not all the way done.
