I think ~80-90 mile range hyper-miling and overnight full charge on a 240 volt plug (from the Fiat 500e thread)? Definitely a narrow purpose car, but great if you can make it work (especially with solar panels like Mr. Top Gear there).

I drive about 45-50mi a day. That's about half the battery, and that takes 12hrs to charge on 120v/12a, and about 4hrs on 240v/16a. A 40a wall mount charger is like 4-5 for 0-100%

Look even sexier after I get it installed in my car (but then, one can't see it). Surprised it came so quickly (Shipping was 140$ and they used Global Express Mail - lol, got here in 3 business days) - still 100$ cheaper (even after shipping) than buying it from a US vendor (and nobody in the US has it in stock right now).
I have a buddy car/nut that lives over in Japan, met him earlier this year when I went to Tokyo (he took us around to the Japanese tuning shops and some other friends bought parts), he setup a shipping service for JDM parts, can add you guys to the FB group if interested, he should be able to get these things cheaper shipped. It's ridiculous how big the HKS box is though - lol (dimension wise).
US currency is really strong right now (compared to Euro / JPY).

Never thought about leasing an EV as a DD. It would cost me roughly $340 a month for that. Thats what im saving each month with the civic, and I bought the car outright (and it will pay for itself after 5.5 months). So after that, its all profit

Yeah, it is definitely awesome for people that can take advantage of it. I considered that route after that thread, but math did not work. I am either out of town, rely on BART or drive more than 100 miles whenever I do get into a car
