I have something similar to the Blaster ...works great for blowing water out of trim gaps, mirrors and wheels, etc.
For full car drying, I'm looking at this: Air Wand - Description

It works pretty well, you're gonna need an extension cord though. If you can afford it, I'd recommend getting the model that's next up in tier (more horsepower!!!!!!!).

It doesn't really make the job that much faster though, just gives me peace of mind over swirl marks from spots i missed during my wash. my friend dried his Camaro off with towels a few minutes faster than I did drying my car with this.

What I really want is a heavy duty filtration system so I can have my own spot-free rinse at home.

I actually just bought a heavy duty filtration system that essentially goes through 2 buckets then onto the 3rd bucket to which I use for the soap. I love my car to be clean but sometimes I can justify spending ~2 hours cleaning it due to drying then hand waxing... then comes the inside of the car that I take care of as well..

This is what I use for the filtration:

Deluxe Clean Water Filter Kit, 2 step water filter system, water filter for car washing, inline hose filter

The water in my area is pretty good but I still get a few water spots but this helped a lot.. I essentially setup my own car wash in my drive way at least when I go to my parents place.. lol

Griots sells an inline one, but still pretty pricey

In-Line Water Softener With Fittings - Cleaning Tools - Car Washing - Car Care - Griot's Garage

I've been washing my cars for a LONG time and I've NEVER gotten water spots from washing. Use good quality car wash, wash in shade ALWAYS and dry quickly and you should not have any issues.
