^ thats funny... a guy who rides track on a motorcycle forum said to get them wet with hot water for an hour and then to wear them and then let them dry out

I can show you mine. And well I spent many years around motorcycle road racing. No one I knew ever soaked their gloves. I got caught out in a rain storm. And it not only dyed my hands, but the stitching fell right out a few weeks later.

If you trust your hands on some guys words. I guess... But I would not do it.
Wear them and they will break in over a few rides. If they are too tight now, you might have the wrong size.

I bought the same gloves about a year ago and I've used them in the rain - no problems whatsoever.

my hands down favorite gloves are a pair of original icon leathers. the model with real carbon fiber knuckles and palm swells.
