Possibly buying a WRX in the Bay tomorrow

Well. Today (I guess now?) is the day that I might be purchasing a new car. Im meeting the guy in Vallejo around 4 and before I buy it I want someone to do a compression + leakdown test. I don't know the Bay Are very well coming from Folsom. So with that being said, what is the closest vender to Vallejo and who can do it in and out. And how much?

I'd suggest getting it out of the bay and letting it dry out first....

go to gruppe-s or LIC motorsports. They are both great shops when it comes to almost anything subaru, especially motor health.

LIC..theyre in novato. I'd never hesitate to recommend them plus theyre alot closer to you than going to hayward (Gruppe-S is awesome though! )
LIC charges $150 for the leakdown/compression test. That's what they quote me at on my post here:

interesting, on old cars with a distributor, you can just take out one spark plug, plug in compression gauge, and unplug ignition wire on the distributor, and crank at it and do that for each cylinder...but electornic igntion, I wouldn't have the first clue as to how to do it...hmmm I should really pop my hood and take a look at my engine bay a little more...
