Clearly the ninja. While the pirate may enjoy booty and *****es, the ninja has a much higher overall quality of life and is a master of his art.

I don't know which one to pick. If I were a ninja, I would have to sneak around while a pirate just does what he wants, but I like clean clothes.

Typically, I would vote ninja, but the ninja don't have an awesome spokesman like Maddox, who has championed the advocacy of pirate-osity for some time now. Pirates have Maddox, ninja have Shredder, and maybe the crew at Ninja Burger.
