I folded on the first hand where VIP took out Joe... Pocket aces. I know, but there was a good chance for a straight at the flop and I didn't want to go out in the first hand. Those two went all in at the flop. Fun times, I'll be back next week.

We played three rounds. Buy-in was $5, $5, $10.

I didn't fold them pre-flop, flop was out and the possibility of a straight was good. Sadly, another ace dropped on the river. Next time I'm taking the risk.

If you were in the late position and last to call with two people all in front of you ON the flop, it's almost a no brainer folding those AAs. There are so many hands that can beat you, someone could have made a set on the flop or even two pair. I like that fold, and it shows A LOT of experience.

Then again, why did you let 2 people see the flop when you're holding AA ? You NEVER slowplay AA, and you never want more than 1 other person see the flop.

what was the flop? damn now you guys got me all wanting to play... got to wait til later this weekend.

with pocket aces and kings, the pocket 6s should not have even seen the flop. strong raises and reraises by the kings and aces should have been played preflop.

slow playing good pocket hands will get you everytime.
