Please help me source a jdm STi v7 splitter

Hey everyone. I just upgraded my tmic and after searching around it sounds like my best bet for a splitter that provides a larger opening for the intercooler is the v7 STi splitter. It just needs the rubber shroud trimmed.

Can anyone tell me who carries this splitter, or can source it for me?

Also, does anyone have any experience with a larger intercooler and the v7 splitter?

Thanks,
Andrew

maybe IA Performance or www.Garagetuning.com GT is pretty big on RS25 since they do mainly GC stuff, but maybe they can help you source some stuff out. Keener and Kevin are pretty helpful guys so I assume they maybe can.

I bought mine here... http://www.rallispec.com/

They've redesigned their site though and I can't find it now. Might want to shoot em an email.

I got mine from rallispec a few months back...I think they said it was the last one.

Here is my splitter shroud solution with my TXS TMIC:

Thanks for the quick replies guys.

Suby OCD, I found your original thread when I was researching the v7 splitter. I'll probably do what you did; it looks like that weather stripping provides a pretty good seal. I'm guessing there's no danger of it getting too hot and combusting?

Also, I noticed you replaced your hard breather lines with rubber tubing. Since my Hyperflow tmic looks to be about the same size as your TurboXS tmic, is this something I need to plan on doing as well?

The TurboXS TMIC is a Hyperflow core, so they're basically the same TMIC.

Subie OCD - Is the passenger side mount a custom mount or is that what the TXS V2 looks like?

The stripping is holding up very well. Its been almost 2 months and it holds up well to the heat. I hope it does well in the summer months.
The intercooler came with T and rubber hose from TXS, along with all the hardware. If you dont have the T and hose Im not sure what
you'd do with the oem one. Here are the instructions:

Yeah, I think Hyperflow made the TXS. The mount came that way.
