It's supposed to be like 64-bit (original 32 bit), and be like 5x the processing power, and hell of fast. It resembles the AMD 64 chips, as it has a built in dual channel memory controler and has it's own built in internal bus or something.. pretty crazy and I imagine it will be a ton of money, but this cell processor is by IBM (i think) and they partner with Sony.

i think ps3 has to be larger for cooling of the cell processor. they better stick a big @$$ HD in there too!
