This morning there was a 7 car line behind a dumb ***** on her cell phone in the fast lane from Santa Cruz til a little past the summit. She would slow down to the speeds of bigger delivery trucks just because she wasn't paying attention. AND she had the audacity to flip us off when we honked at her. Never did she once even think about going into the slow lane.
