i dunt know man. i had a pretty bad experience. here's my story, copied and pasted from the other thread...
no kidding! i was nose to nose with two of the salesmen (literally) ready to fight. i had just shaken hands with my sales guy, to finalize the sale, and he went off to copy some papers and what not. so i wonder off onto the floor room and get into a sti. i shifted through gears 1-3 and was just sitting there when some guy open the passenger door and tells me not to shift through the gears. so im like, whatever, and i continue sitting there with my hand still on the shift ****, just trying to see how everything feels, and then he rudely tells me to stop and get out. i wasn't even shifting through the freaking gears anymore. so i get out and walk over to my sales guy and my sister, and i see him walk over to some guys office and tell him something. that guy then looks over at me, and im not backing down, so i stare back at him. he starts to get up and walk over to me, so i meet him half way a say (rather loudly) we got a problem? and this dumb****, pretends like he knows something about cars saying that it's ok for me to do it to a wrx, but not an sti. so i asked him what the difference was, and he couldn't come up with an answer. so i was like why dunt you but a freaking sign up? all the while standing toe to toe in front of all the other salemen and customers, untill my sister finally came and pulled me back...
yea he's an older guy. indian or maybe middle eastern, sorry i hate to group people together, cause i hate getting grouped together with other nationalities. there was someone else on the board that dealt with him and agreed that he'll hook you up.
here's what i did. i went in and test drove that car. we went to his office and i told him i wanted it for 19,000 cash. of corse he said no. just stay put on a low number and then ask for the invoice price of the car. msrp/window sticker was at $24,5xx and i ended up at $21,880 before license and tax. the big thing is after you settle on a price and go to sign the paperwork, he'll tell you that there's a standard $500 shipping and destination charge. just tell him that you agreed on a price and that's final, even walk out if you have to. we agreed on $21,800, but let him have the $80, but that's still better then $500.
you'll also want to go online and check thier inventory. bring in the vin number of the car you want, that way to can drive home in your new car. plus you'll have a window price and an invoice price to work with.
or you can go straight to a fleet manager. they usualy give you a low price up front because they get deals on quotas.
good luck. i don't know if you want to go there though. from what i heaard santa cruz rocks and is worth the drive. also, ther other sales men are dicks.
steven's creek sucks....

i wonder if it's the same guy but i might have bought my '01 accord from him. there was no pressure whatsoever when we went in to get the car. we went in with an ad from the newspaper and he gave us a price that was LOWER than it was on the ad. i must say, he was a really nice guy!
