All that engine needs is a new exhaust manifold and new wiring and it will be 100%.

Was the car stolen? Why did the driver flee the scene? I'm surprised he was able to walk after that.

on the news it said he was street racing...probably one of those riced out civics with a big-bore exhaust.

The "passenger" who was on the scene hapened to be the legal owner. He claimed a german named dietric was driving. pfft.. blame it on the germans.
