Most versions of photoshop have a "Replace Color" function.
Select the replace color tool.
Click on the color you want to change.
Enter the values or move sliders to get your new color.

It actually took me more mental effort to remember what the tools are called and the order in which the tool works than to do it in photoshop. AND someone already did it. Now i'm just wasting time.

Maybe some sort of color selection and then altering the color. Another way is to do the following:

> duplicate layer > control/apple U > Click on "master" slide down to and select "red" channel > slide Hue slider until red colors or as close to WRB as possible > may do the same to the "magenta" channel as well > Then erase out any colors that may have turned out blue (ie .fence, etc.).

There's a quick tutorial!
