perrin turbo inlet hose fitment

will the perrin turbo inlet hose fit a v8 sti swap?

Don't see why not, it fits a FXT even thou its not listed as a fit.

It does, but not 100% perfect. I have one on a v8 swap and it does fit, but one of the fittings is bent slightly by the stuff under the intake manifold. Functionally it's fine, takes some extra muscle on the install.

thanks. exactly what i've been trying to find out. did the turbo spool a little bit faster?

I saw no change, however the OEM one rips no mater what you do (age) and the perrin one shouldn't

I never had a stock one on my ver8 motor, so have no real reference.

I went from EJ205 / 3.9 final tranny / 18G to EJ207 / 4.44 tranny / EFR 6758, needless to say, the whole setup has a TON better light throttle response. AVCS is a huge deal, and the tranny was a bigger deal than I thought it would be.
