Gruppe-S has been pretty good for me. Mike and the others do great work, and the sales guys do pretty well too.
If I had to find a complaint, it would be that i think they are a bit disorganized when it comes ot scheduling things. I think they really try to do the best for each customer that comes in, and that sometimes that means making another customer wait (has happened to me, and others).
However, the reasonable prices, good work and good guys makes that minor quibble pretty much, well, minor.

gruppe-s. never had anything installed or goten anything done there yet besides tuning, but great customer service, cool people, and overall good prices!.
im always there for 90% of my aftermarket parts and helpful info~ well i guess also since i live really close.

i bought some things from gruppe-s. simply to deal with them. and when they installed my springs i didnt really mind chillin on the nice couch readin mags.
