People search account anyone?
A co-worker of mine is getting harrased on her phone, I'm wondering if anyone has one of those people search accounts where we can do a reverse lookup?
She's starting to get a little scared...
also, anyone know where a 831-316-XXXX number is from?

You could try www.anywho.com although I don't think it shows mobile #s.

Since you have the phone number, why not pull a prank call and see... Do something like this...
You: "Mr. xxx? This is PG&E calling in regard to your electricity bill"
You: "Our record indicates you haven't made a payment for the last two billing cycles and I am afraid we'll have to cut your electricity until your outstanding balance has been settled."
Him: "Sorry, you got the wrong number"
You: "But this is the number you provided in your account. Could you confirm your first and last name so we can remove this phone number from your account?"
Him: "Fine, first name xxx, last name xxx"
Make sure you block your number...

they won't answer the phone, they know her number, we even tried blocking, and calling from work, with ample time between each so as to squelch suspicion...
there only so many cell phone provider in the bay... why not go to everyone of their website and try to register an online account using that phone number. If it's not their number, they'll say it's not in their database. (unless someone knows a better way) Once you find the provider, you just need to find someone to help you out to look it up right? If your typical provider store won't help you, maybe go to an Asain store and see if they are willing to help in exchange for some $ under the table?
