yeah, Ive lived with a bi-polar for a while, this sounds just like the sort of rant I would hear. He will most likely really regret it later on today and be totally depressed. Just know people like this are really not trying to be *** holes, they're just seriously unhappy ALL the time, and little things like this set them right the hell off. Try not to get too bothered by it or hold it too hard against him if you can, hopefully hes getting some help
