I would contact Greg (Roo). See if he will add you to the list for food.
Basically... no prepay... probably no food. Or have a friend prepay for you. Things are little different this year. I'm a cash guy myself. Hell I buy parts and mail people cash/or check. LOL.
Basically... the numbers we are showing are super low compared to what reality will be like. But it's a huge risk financially to buy food for 400 people and have 200 show up. So if you get 200 prepays and you buy food for 300 it's not as big of a risk as if 60 people prepay and you buy food for 300.
Plus... you save money.
