All I am saying is that if a company is headed into bankruptcy, anyone in a position of authority should be held accountable for their decisions and actions, regardless of their title. And "top tier talent" does not let organizations under their watch go into bankruptcy.

Where I am sitting the current situation does look like a depression- in it's early stages still, but I don't see how any of the TARP money has gone anywhere to help the economy, hell even the banks that received the money can't tell anyone where it went-

The whole thing is nothing more than the largest scale grand theft in the history of the world, and the vast majority of the real criminals are all getting away with it.
