Now to be honest I'm a complete n00b when it comes to firearms, but I thought pistol grips were illegal on rifles in CA. And I thought M1As were illegal too....needless to say I'm jealous tho

dec 31, 1999 was the last day in FREE kalif to buy those things.

but since, the OLL configurations have flooded the state with THOUSANDS of semi-auto rifles unlike the previous 5-6 years.

granted, you can no longer any magazines > 10 rounds, unless you are a criminal.

also, the OLL configurations have a lot of rules to follow, but once again, the will of the people has kinda beaten the stupidity of politicians. and all the ant-gun groups out there...
