I've taken BART from Pleasanton before. It's not bad. It's only packed after the game. And you have to take a Muni bus from the BART station.
In all honesty though. If there's 3 or more people in the group, parking at the park is cheaper, if it's split. BART from the east bay is gonna cost about $10 a head, plus the $2 muni ticket.
