Just like painting anything else. Might need a little body glaze to make sure the weave pattern doesnt show through.

Sweet! Thinking that instead of buying a new car I would just get an engine/transmission swap, add some carbon fiber bits and get the whole car painted.

another example:


i remember seeing WRC footage where they had a panel where the paint was flaking off and you can really see the CF pattern starting to show.

and the subaru guys were trying to cover it up with blue duct tape... lol....
