I was coming out of the borders in union city today when i saw this 06 sti parked right next to me, holy ouch!

Saw it couple weeks ago, an asian guy was driving kinda fast. Haven't had the chance to wave him.. Did he change the rims? Looks different tho..

I saw the same sti parked next to me right by panda express in union city and it looked the same, that was around a month ago. Dude get it fixed!

Perhaps the driver was doing something "questionable" when the event occured, and doesn't want to report it to insurance.
