i bought mine from a personal friend. that was 2 weeks after i crashed and totaled my Supra. he's a toyota certified master mechanic, and has been working for toyota for 30 or so years.

i use to have an 82 celica gt and i planned on swapping a 3rd generation supra motor in it. but the original motor crapped out before anything so i donated it.
then i had these...
i won best matrix at a jdm theory in japan town in sf one time
then my bro got a new 350z, so i took over his rsx and i returned the matrix to stock and gave it to my mom.
i tried to turbo the rsx but i blew the motor, so i rebuilt it and sold it. now i live happily ever after with the rex.

I always wanted one of these 911SC or Carreras from the 930 series. However, premium prices for these don't seem to go down.

Car Info: Not a WRX any more . . .
For getting to places well beyond the ability of the WRX:
The most surprising thing is that on my daily commute it seems to get better mileage than the WRX. (That's not true in almost any other circumstance though.)
Sadly, although it wasn't the original plan, it looks like this will be replacing the WRX . . . my wife doesn't want to drive a truck and doesn't like the turbo lag . . . if we could afford three vehicles . . .
