Anyone excited for this game? More a sim than previous NFS racing games. I think this comes out next week, for the PS3/360. With Dirt 2 out now and Forza 3 in a few months, not sure yet if I'd pick this up. I guess I'll wait for more reviews/opinions before plunking down the dough. Looks awesome though.

I foresee that game not being up to caliber with the true racing sims. Why do I say that? Look at the person holding the flag when the Renault is on grid. They are standing IN THE CAR! They can't even do decent graphics in their demo vid!

Aside from people standing in cars, it's actually got a bunch of little things that make it pretty cool, like the way the camera jerks the way your head would when you hit somebody, or the little creaks and groans that the chassis makes, or the whine of the transmission. I'm kinda looking forward to this, which is probably the first time I've said that about a NFS game.

Its looking pretty nice graphically, but previous NFS games have really killed my interest in the series. Wont be picking it up day one or week one, will need an overwhelming amount of positive reviews before I pick up a copy.
also, can anyone recommend a good wheel/pedal set to go w/ this game? I've heard the g25 (i think that's the name) is pretty good.
