Three observations:
*That's not a turbo. Turbo 911s have vents on the front side of the rear fenders for the intercoolers.
*He's not a total douche. He was goofin around and being silly, but the only "dangerous" thing he does is hopping out of the drivers seat to screw around. But at that point, the car is coasting and is almost at a stop.
*I saw a tubo cab the other day on I-80 with dealer plates. I was actually passing it on the left, saw a 911 cab and thought "sweet, nice Porsche." Then I got far enough up to see the scoops and did a literal double take- I didn't know they were even producing them. Prior to that there were only like 7 in the world. Bet those guys were pissed.
