Orange peel on lower doors/sideskirt/fenders

Ok so I just got my car back from the body shop(unnamed but behind EQ tuning) after a little fender bender. So I take her home and I notice the bottom 4-5” of my doors and fenders have pretty heavy orange peel on it. Is this a factory thing for rock chip protection..? Or do I need to have a word with the manager? I searched around and couldn’t find any hard evidence. any info on this would help.
Thanks

Doubt it's vinyl since it was just painted so I would go and talk to them.

+1 to this. I'm not sure how "heavy" it is, but it's definitely noticeable.

Lol "buff it out..."

Take it back to them, there shouldn't be any orange peeling, or vinyl unless your car is a two tone outback.
