Shiggy has tuned (testing it) with Cobb before but prefers using EcuTek (because he is an EcuTek director in Japan and the two companies are competing).

Instead we refer customers who would like to use Cobb to ED at EQ Tuning. Ed gives quality tunes for Cobb users.
