not really, i dont think. you could easily say a pothole is an act of god...

 

If you get a puncture in the sidewall they will replace it, I don't see why they wouldn't fix this.

If your still in the north bay I thought AIMS tires would be the closest. I'm sure Jeremy would know places too. As far as the rim, finding a used one may be a pain to search for. A new one may be the way to go. What up with checkin out Subydude! ( I guess I shouldn't assume you have Rotas, not sure what wheels you have.)

Maybe this is an excuse to get new wheels, maybe you can get it written off since it's "research mayerials for your next art project."

 

The wheel is fine, actually. Just the tire is fubared.

 

can't help you out w/the tire+shaving source, but you could file a claim w/the city for the damage. i dunno if doing it for a tire would be worth it, but i know a couple of guys that got reimbursed for rims that got jacked up by potholes before.

 

does AI shave tires? I know the shave tires up at Thill as well. Gonna need to talk to the track guys, they know all the tire shavin places
