No not ticket assasin(that is a scam imo). Trail by Declaration means you send your side of the story to the judge and the cop would have to do the same. Usually the Judge would rule it out as bs or if the cop doesnt write back usually throw it out.

But go to the hearing and talk to the judge he or she would probably laugh and throw it out

i just got my first ticket too..pulled over for 80 in a 65 but he changed it to 75...any point in fighting this?
