i hope someone recognizes that guy on the video or his car and License plate, i wanna follow up if ther ei sone... what a douche bag...

in defense for the guy maybe he has a smokin hot secretary that has her ***** hangin out all the time and he is happily married, therefore he had to go take care of business real quick before he got himself in trouble...

yeah, I almost feel a little sorry for the guy, though c'mon. If your gonna rub one out on your lunch break, do it somewhere a little more discreet, and for chrissakes close your sunroof!!!
