Got onto hiway 24 tonight and pulled behind a bmw that could not hold her lane. Followed while on 911 with CHP then Walnut Creek. She... The driver almost took out 10 parked cars and stoped for a green light but went on a red light.
She was close but no damage

But in the end.... Jail bed tonight.

Wait, so you saw the cops pull her over? If you just call to report them there's a slim chance that the cops will actually even do anything since they are on the road and mobile.

Any time I report someone for something like this I stay behind them until a cop can intercept even though they tell me not to follow, I just say that they happen to be going where I'm going. I've gotten people nabbed twice already.
