The way they both looked back at the car, it doesn't look good. Yes, looked like there were two heads in the car when it started to lose control.

Right on impact you can see something red go flying to the right. Looks like a hat but the lady clearly checks the interior for a second person.

holy crap lucky guy. theres two people in the car i paused and played a couple times. the lady grabs the steering wheel with one hand than reaches for the passenger... driver is hamburger if the roof is pushed in below the steering wheel which is now on the outside of the car

I don't see anything but what looks like blood, but it almost looks like the passenger was ejected or thrown into the back seat, or worse... because it doesn't look like anyone is in that seat anymore. Maybe no passenger? The guy that got out isn't the passenger or is he? Looks like he was the driver to me.
