driving by oakland on 80 i saw a black dude in a caddy with spinners....
didnt think much of it until i drove by and saw that HIS STEERING WHEEL HAD A SPINNER AS WELL AND IT WAS SPINNING REALY FEN FFAST!!!
DUde must have been sitting in traffic spinning his steeringwheel...
i kid you not.....

Some idiot will surely buy them...
What's really sad is seeing spinner hubcaps on cars. If you can't afford a nice ride in the first place, I don't think you'll fool anyone w/ spinner hub caps on your 88 honda accord
