What made you think you deserved a raise?

it's a ecommerce company. I did order processing for them. well, i thought i deserved the raise because i was the main person to do their orders and keep track of inventory and managing the warehouse. my plan on getting a rex at the end of the year has to be postponed.

 

If they didn't give you probable cause, that's wrongful termination. You can sue them if you want.

 

Not if he signed a contract when he started that he can be terminated at any time for any reason

 

sucks for you guys, I got a dollar an hour raise a few weeks ago, I'm working a lot of hours this semester, and I got paid $50 cash today for doing a lot of the work to set up a new food room (I work at a retail pet store) the past 2 or so weeks

we're hiring too.....

You know, I just remembered I had a friend who worked at Japanimation.com a few years back or something. His name is Ray. I dunno if you know him. He either quit or got fired. Anyhoo, he didn't like how the company was runned. I'm not 100% sure on that since it was a long time ago. Haha.

 

haha, i would agree with your friend. But didn't know him, heard his name come up once in awhile though
