still 10X safer than being in traffic sitting on top of a 400lb bike with only a helmet on your head. Safety is relative, if your the kind of person thats only driven cars their entire life, you probably couldn't imagine driving something like an Atom on the street, just know that guys that ride bikes everyday laugh at people like you 
safety isn't all that relative when you've lived in big cities your entire life and seen all the carnage caused by crappy city streets+drivers. i'll stick to cages around here. plenty of my friends in norcal+socal ride bikes. i'd only get one if i lived in the sticks.

wow for 40k, i'd definitely get that. so it is street legal? this is the first time i've heard of a GTM. so they send you a kit for 40k and you build it?

I'd love to build the GTM, but I'd like to try something cheaper/more basic first and the coupe looks ideal.
