Old Nav bar gone?

Question Old Nav bar gone?
So did they get rid of the old navigation bar?

Im not seeing it at work (normally can) and I do not see it on my phone (desktop view).

I normally would just click on the "new posts" button to check and see whats new since I last posted.

It was there earlier today too (home, mobile, and work).

This seems like it is the substitute: top right corner in the drop down

With that other skin you can't see the levels of users and the points bars.
