old.guy is I<3subie
If that fr-s is real and the turbo parts etc.. I wonder what shop is in the process of screwing over now. No wonder if the ft86 thread he asked ppl not to cross post his supposed photos to other sites.
When we were private investigating, there were many photos taken down from his hosting, and many posts that I remember reading were reedited to cover his steps. He actually admitted it in a couple threads, but already edited the post when I went back to look.

And those people that jumped in to defend him in that thread are mostly no where to be seen. We were giving him a hard time cause we knew the truth.

I have been wondering why this guy (i<3oldsubie.guy) has been allowed on here for a very long time. It was obvious just from reading the way he writes, the Ducati stuff, Arizona and of course the somewhat specific Suby.

BAIC is back to its 2002-2006 form of drama!
Photo was taken by VRT MBasile from the roof at BAM last year.

Yes, we stuck up because we didn't know the story. Would have saved you guys a bunch of time if this was just posted in the beginning instead of one word posts that no one could understand but those who have been here for a while. Thanks for saving us from sending this guy money but for all you that knew...kinda lame to sleep on something like this especially for us who almost gave him money to help fund BAM.

why it took months for people to figure it out, I'll never understand. made sense after the first few threads. he isn't the only re-tread around here, he just got too high profile.
I don't think BAM was a scam  , but at least he stepped up to try and make something happen.

I only posted it was him, maybe like 10 times? Why did it take so long to happen? I argued with him a few times about it too and no one seemed to care

In short... his posting was tolerated. Better to know the enemy than not sort of thing. When he took the reins things started happening behind closed doors on multiple fronts. This had to be handled correctly. And we have to remember than our mod team is small and they have jobs. It takes time to coordinate.
This is just talking from the bits and pieces that rolled passed me.
but it's time to focus on making BAM2k12.2 kick ***.
