If you want a #...in my personal opinion there should be 2 super moderators.
If you wanna discuss this further PM me...I didn't make that comment to get into a public debate it was just a simple comment and you took it way to far.

Is this what I-Club has come to now? A bunch of bickering girls??? You both have AIM and know each others respective usernames, take it there.
To answer the original question regaring this thread, I for one have no idea what nationality any of the Mods are except Daniel who is Jamacian right? I know none are Brits (probably for good reason not like we know anything)

Blarg!
This is too long for me to read.
Put it this way, Super Moderators are not really here to "Moderate" you guys. They are here to clean up your guys' mess when you start a new topic instead of hitting a reply button. They are here to delete 4 posts of yours and leave only one, when you sneeze and hit the mouse button 4 too many times. They are here to move theads when they are posted in the wrong forum. Finally, they are here to monitor the board when I am not around.
They are NOT here to police you guys. They are not here to delete your post (NO POSTS get deleted here. Only double posts). They are not here to school you. They are not here to put words in your mouth. They are not here to "tell on you" and have you banned by me (NOONE GETS BANNED HERE).
---------
Most importantly, they are here to help me make this place better. We discuss design aspects of the site. How to make it better and how to make it more fun for all of us. They help me creatively, technically and otherwise.
In other words, they are "staff". I retained Super Moderator status name, becuase everyone knows that it is the "next best thing" to being an Admin.
I choose my "staff" based on their activity, participation, value and many other aspects. Of course, it is easy to judge someone if you have met them or dealt with them. However, few of the recent mods were "hired" based on many other factors.
And, I am still looking to add 10-20 more people to this list. I am constantly looking for bright minds of i-Club to make a difference here.
Any more questions? I will be happy to answer them all. And Zoeb, haha, you are a moderator too (in SD forum) so don't cry.
You just didn't get the title. You have your own title.
