If the fluid has a slippery feel, then it's coolant. I'd check the usual hoses and also take a look at the coolant hose for the turbo center bearing. I think this connection will be hard to see with the sheet metal turbo cover in place.

If the fluid is not slippery then it's plain water or condensation. Have you used the defroster switch position recently? This engages the a/c compressor just like the air-conditioning button does.

It could be water from that AC line that is smushed against your downpipe.

What CEL fix do you have for your catless-ness?

If the fluid was definitely water (clean, not slick to the touch like coolant), then I wouldn't bother bringing it to the dealer because nothing except condensation is plain water on your car.

Why don't you try to avoid using the defroster or a/c for a couple of days and see if the water appears underneath the car. If it does, then dropping it off at the dealer might then be a good idea.

I forgot to mention that you can still use the rear window defroster button because this uses a heated grid in the back window, unlike the vent selector/windshield defroster rotary switch which uses the a/c compressor in the defrost position.
