ok, so a short pissed off story

im coming out of the parking lot at school, and theres a long road going towards the exit which has a stop sign. theres a road coming from another lot which usually doesnt have any cars coming out so i usually slow downa bit and go through. anyways, i go out the other day and get to the stop a little before i see a white pickup coming towards the adjacent stop sign. i slow a little but not too mcuh since i think i can make it through before him, but he speeds up and starts going through. i gas a little and go in front, no big deal really. he runs his stop as well and goes towards me and i avoid him only to find him on my *** at the turn onto the main road.

so i go out onto the main street and hes still tailing me. i turn off, still tailing. come to a stop light and hes behind me, so i turn off at the last moment. he doesnt follow but i look back to see the middle finger shaking at me so i throw a one finger salute back at him. sat night at a party i hear from a friend that the guy was his assistant coach on the schools tennis team and that he was going to key my car the next morning as it was prominently sitting in the middle of the schools lot. but my friend tells him that he knows me and tells him not to do it.

this guy not only is a part of my school community, but an employee of the school and had it not been for a guy that i know from my highschool in hawaii, this guy woulda had his way with my car. my car has already been keyed 2 times within the first 2 weeks i had it by some jealous guy for almost no reason, and im sick of dealing with people that want to **** up my car because i did something wrong. i have a witness statement from someone who directly heard the guy state his wishes to key my car. should i file a report with the PD or the schools campus safety for future insurance purposes? the coach is leaving this year and i dont want a going away present...

its rediculous that people are so eager to think that they are more right than you are especially when we both made the same "mistake" and better yet, this guy is an employee who is supposed to uphold the values of the school. instead hes bringing down the house trying to be a self righteous ***** and going out enforcing his rules, his way...anyways, it just made me mad to hear my car is once again under threat. i put way to much into my car to have it messed with by dumb ****s. whats the proper course of action? thanks for listening.

Just let it be. But when your car did get keyed, then file a vandalism against the person, which whom you have have a witness and a written proof of hearing the alleged intension.

Secondly, I would have to agree that you shouldn't run a stop sign. I see people like that all the time at intersections, and things gets heated, when it's just a couple of seconds to let someone pass up, even if you had the right of way. It only make things worse for you and for the other driver. It's just not worth it.

i agree i wont run stops
i carefully and strictly obey and observe stops on public roads. i just get a little more lax on this one and roll through since its a private road. still a stop sign, but i think we can understand why its a little different for me.

Goto the shooting range. Shoot up a target (preferably a nice grouping in the chest area) and leave it on his windshield.

On accident, never intentionally.

The guy shouldn't key your car though just cause he is on a power trip. I would punch him in the face and disconnect his brake lines.
